Welcome to Circle C Seals Swim Team

The Circle C Seals are members of the Capital City Summer League.  The Seals are made up of approximately 250 swimmers.  Our goal is to have fun while learning good swim techniques, good sportsmanship, and a positive attitude from swimmers, parents, and coaches.  We require each family to volunteer for at least 3 meets in order to successfully run this program. There will be weekly practices and we will have swim meets at several different neighborhood pool locations.

Welcome to the 2010 Circle C Seals Swim Season PDF

The 2010 season registration packet is now available! Some important upcoming dates:

1) Returning Swimmer Registration (& New Sibling Swimmers) begins March 1st-March 20th. Completed forms and check payment (payable to: Circle C Seals) are to be dropped off at the Livermore's house at 6104 Utica Cove in Circle C. Please clearly label any packets for 'NEW SIBLING SWIMMER', as they will be numbered as received. [Note: New sibling swimmers are still required to do the 'new swimmer testing' on March 21st.]

2) New Swimmer Testing & Open Registration is on Sunday March 21st from 2pm-5pm at the Circle C Pool. Minimum eligibility requirement is to be able to swim across the width of the pool (25 yeards) without assistance, and be 5 years old by May 1, 2010.

3) Mandatory Parents Meeting for ALL parents is on April 18th, at 5pm at the Circle C Pool.  Be ready to sign-up for volunteer jobs at this meeting.

Used Equipment Sale PDF

Did your kids grow a foot last year? Are you looking at their old summer gear, and wondering what to do with those orange and black team swimsuits that no longer fit? Or the flippers that they can no longer squeeze their feet into? Well, we have an answer for you. Bring it down to the pool on open registration day, Sunday, March 21st, to Seals used equipment sale. For each swimsuit or set of fins that you want to sell, attach an envelope with your name, phone number, description, and the price that you want for it.

Suggested pricing:
Swimsuits in great shape: $20;
Swimsuits in good shape: $10
Fins in great shape: $10;
Fins in good shape: $5
Other items will be accepted, bags, goggles, etc.
These prices will make it easier for buyers to have correct change :-)

Drop off your unused items by 1:30pm. Pick up your proceeds or unsold items by 5:30pm. If you want to buy used equipment, please bring your checkbook or exact change. NOTE: the sale needs a few more VOLUNTEERS! If you can help out, please email Elizabeth at eleight@austin.rr.com.

Lane 4 will be selling new equipment at open registration. Girls suits will be $48, and boys will be $31. Fins will be around $25. Team members can wear this year's or any previous year's team swimsuits at meets.
